that said, sending sessions changes is possible over MIDI with basic MIDI program change commands. so far, it does not have session chaining. You can change sessions, and will switch seamlessly, but you can only queue one session change at a time on the device. this means you can re-order and repeat those 8 bars in lots of different ways, but it will still be the same 8 bars. the recent 1.7 firmware allows you to do custom pattern chaining if that is useful to you. in each session, each track can have 8 unique bars (circuit calls bars patterns). You can store 32 "sessions" on the circuit.
